I offer integrity‑led coaching and mentoring for leaders who want to grow with confidence, clarity and purpose. I provide a confidential, independent and non‑judgemental space where clients can set meaningful goals, reflect openly and strengthen their leadership practice. My approach is grounded in extensive senior leadership experience and formal College of Policing coach training, giving clients structured, professional support that builds judgement, capability and resilience. Across my career as a Detective Chief Superintendent, I led large multidisciplinary teams, navigated high‑risk environments and supported leaders through complex operational, cultural and organisational challenges. That experience shapes my coaching style: calm, independent, reflective and focused on helping people understand themselves, their impact and their potential. As a College of Policing‑trained coach, I bring a recognised, evidence‑based framework to every session.
